On campus, Gen. Vicente Alvarez Street, Zamboanga City

Candidates are listed in ballot order. The platform shows names and statements as the candidates gave them to the election committee.
Lifetime members, and Regular members whose 2026 dues are recorded. Dues can be settled at an election desk on the day. One ballot per member.
Your batch year, a photo ID in case the desk needs it, and a phone with a camera, mobile data or Wi-Fi, and location switched on. No phone? Any election desk can help you vote on a tablet.
Scan the QR code on the screen at the gate or in the voting hall. Your phone confirms you are within 200 m of the campus, you enter your batch year and your name as you were known in school, choose your candidates, review and submit. If someone in your batch has the same name, a desk officer will find your record.
Yes. You may choose fewer, or none. You cannot choose more.
Yes. The platform records that you voted, and separately records the choices with no link to any member. Nobody, including the officers and the people who built the platform, can see how you voted.
Proof that your ballot was recorded. Keep a screenshot. You can confirm it any time on the receipt check page, and any election desk can confirm it by your name and batch. It never shows your choices.
Yes, by proxy, with the number of your signed proxy form. A proxy holder may vote for up to 1 member.
Voting closes at 10:00 PM. The election committee reviews the count and certifies it; the names of the elected candidates are then announced at the hall and published here. The vote counts go into the committee’s minutes. A tie for the last seat is settled first by a coin toss on the platform, in front of the committee.
Voting on your phone works over mobile data. The desks have a backup connection, and nothing already recorded is ever lost.
